About the role
Goodman Fielder is looking for an enthusiastic Outbound Territory Manager to join its Auckland‑based Outbound team. You will be the voice of the company for Route Food Service customers across New Zealand, building relationships with cafés, bakeries, dairies and other small food businesses over the phone.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with food‑service customers through outbound calls.
- Identify and secure new sales opportunities to grow the customer base within your territory.
- Collaborate with Field Sales, Channel Managers and distributors to align promotions and account support.
- Maintain detailed call cycles and track performance and pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
Required profile
- Proven telesales experience, preferably in FMCG or food‑related sectors.
- Passion for food and small‑business owners.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
Required skills
- Salesforce CRM proficiency.
- Advanced Excel skills.
