Online Assistant – Order Picking & Packing

About the role

Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand as an Online Assistant, helping our online customers receive their orders accurately, efficiently and safely. You will work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, supporting the fulfilment of thousands of orders each week.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack online orders with a focus on accuracy and safety.
• Communicate with other departments about out‑of‑stock items, substitutions and customer enquiries.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow health‑and‑safety procedures.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer service and ability to make customer‑first decisions.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Willingness to be on your feet for the duration of the shift.
• Friendly, positive attitude with a smile.
