Service Advisor – Christchurch

About the role

Keith Andrews, New Zealand’s largest Fuso dealership, is seeking a Service Advisor to join its Christchurch team. The role involves being the first point of contact for customers bringing vehicles in for service and repair, and delivering a high‑standard customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for customers booking service and repair work.
• Provide clear advice on service requirements, timelines and costs.
• Coordinate workflow between customers and the workshop team.
• Ensure accurate documentation and invoicing of jobs.
• Maintain outstanding customer service throughout the service process.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor or customer‑facing role, preferably in the automotive or transport industry.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Solutions‑focused mindset with the capacity to juggle priorities.
• Attention to detail and confidence using computer systems.
• Team‑player attitude with a genuine passion for helping people.
