About the role
Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand as an Online Assistant, helping our online customers receive their orders accurately, efficiently and safely. You will be part of a friendly, down‑to‑earth team that values mutual respect, curiosity and a proactive attitude.
Key responsibilities
- Pick and pack online orders with a focus on accuracy, speed and safety.
- Communicate with other departments about out‑of‑stock items, substitutions and any customer enquiries.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude toward health and safety for yourself and teammates.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service mindset and ability to make customer‑first decisions.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to stay on your feet for the duration of the shift.
- Friendly, welcoming attitude with a smile.
