Marketing Promotions Manager

About the role

The Marketing Promotions Manager will lead the end‑to‑end creation and delivery of promotional campaigns across Mighty Ape’s email, website, social and SMS channels. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Communications & Brand, you will ensure all communications align with brand guidelines and drive high‑quality, on‑brand experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and mentor a team of Marketing Promotional Coordinators.
• Create, manage and execute promotional content across email, mobile, website, social media and SMS.
• Develop campaign briefs, review creative execution and ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with Marketing, Purchasing and Marketplace teams to coordinate integrated campaigns.
• Maintain the promotional calendar, guaranteeing brand‑consistent, high‑quality output.
• Proofread and implement website content and marketing materials.
• Own the integrated Marketing Promotions Channel Plan.
• Act as the primary promotions contact for external agencies and partners.
• Identify innovative promotion ideas to keep Mighty Ape industry‑leading.
• Monitor email campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in e‑commerce or digital environments.
• Proven leadership experience managing a team.
• Demonstrated ability to run campaigns from strategy through execution and reporting.
• Collaborative mindset that lifts team performance.
