Licensed Immigration Adviser

About the role

Our Sydney‑based law firm is expanding its immigration team and is looking for a fully licensed New Zealand immigration adviser with a proven track record in NZ investment visas. The role can be performed remotely from New Zealand or Australia, or on‑site at our Wynyard office, offering flexible working hours and an immediate start.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end advice and application support for New Zealand investment visas.
• Prepare and lodge visa submissions, ensuring compliance with NZ immigration regulations.
• Maintain client records and communicate case progress clearly and promptly.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers on complex immigration matters.
• Stay up‑to‑date with changes in NZ and Australian immigration law.

Required profile

• Current NZ immigration adviser licence.
• Demonstrated experience handling NZ investment visa cases.
• Ability to work independently from home or in a busy office environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
