About the role
WFS Group is looking for a remote High Ticket Appointment Setter to work with warm inbound leads generated by world‑class marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for qualifying prospects, creating qualified sales appointments and feeding the closing team with high‑value opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Make high‑volume outbound calls to warm leads.
- Qualify prospects and identify buying intent.
- Set appointments for senior closers.
- Follow up with leads throughout the sales pipeline.
- Track activity and manage contacts in the CRM system.
- Participate in daily sales meetings and coaching sessions.
Required profile
- Highly motivated, competitive and results‑driven.
- Comfortable with phone sales and objection handling.
- Ability to handle a high volume of outbound activity.
- Coachability and adaptability.
- Strong energy and communication skills.
Required skills

- Base salary plus uncapped commission.
