Customer Service Representative – Part‑time Saturdays

About the role

Join NZ Post’s new retail store on Papanui Road as a Customer Service Representative working Saturdays. You will provide friendly, efficient service to customers at the front counter and by phone, helping them with enquiries, requests and concerns.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers face‑to‑face and over the phone.
• Handle enquiries, requests and complaints, providing accurate information about NZ Post products and services.
• Enter and update customer data using the store’s systems.
• Suggest appropriate solutions and upsell services where relevant.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming front‑counter environment.

Required profile

• Available to work every Saturday from 8:15 am to 12:15 pm.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Confidence interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand and willingness to undergo a drug test and security check.
