Head of Growth

About the role

The Head of Growth will lead digital acquisition and revenue generation for a fast‑growing consumer brand operating in New Zealand and Australia. This hands‑on position is ideal for a performance‑driven marketer who thrives on data, testing, and delivering measurable revenue outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own and scale paid acquisition campaigns, with a primary focus on Meta Ads.
• Optimize Shopify e‑commerce performance and improve conversion rates.
• Design and execute tests across creative assets, audience segments, and sales funnels.
• Analyse performance metrics using Google Analytics 4, focusing on CAC, LTV and ROAS.
• Support lifecycle marketing initiatives through Klaviyo to increase customer retention.
• Drive digital growth across direct‑to‑consumer and retail channels.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing.
• Proven hands‑on expertise with Meta Ads platforms.
• Demonstrated success managing Shopify e‑commerce stores.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong understanding of CAC, LTV and ROAS.
• Experience using GA4 and lifecycle marketing tools.
• Commercial, proactive attitude and comfort working in a fast‑paced environment.
