Marketing Advisor

About the role

We are seeking an innovative and enthusiastic Marketing Advisor to join the Ngāi Tahu Property team in Christchurch. The role will work closely with internal teams and the Senior Marketing Advisor to deliver high‑quality marketing initiatives that support our diverse residential, commercial, industrial and retail portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across property developments and portfolios.
• Coordinate marketing activity across residential, commercial, industrial and retail sectors.
• Manage content creation and creative asset development.
• Maintain and update digital channels, including websites.
• Coordinate promotional collateral and brand‑aligned materials.
• Support stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment with customer needs.
• Provide insights and recommendations on branding and marketing opportunities.

Required profile

• Strategic and innovative thinking about marketing, project delivery and campaign execution.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Experience in digital marketing and content coordination.
• Property or related sector experience is advantageous.
• Continuous improvement mindset and enthusiasm for innovation.
• Proficiency in te reo Māori and tikanga, or willingness to develop these skills.
• Familiarity with Te Tiriti o Waitangi and its application within Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tahu.
