About the role
At Halter, the Finance Manager will lead the finance function, ensuring accurate day‑to‑day operations while driving automation and strategic insight across a fast‑growing ag‑tech business.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and treasury to keep the finance engine running smoothly.
- Deliver a timely, accurate month‑end close and produce high‑quality financial reporting.
- Design and implement end‑to‑end automated workflows, replacing repetitive manual tasks with system‑driven solutions.
- Champion AI‑powered finance tools for anomaly detection, forecasting and intelligent reporting.
- Provide data‑driven strategic advice to senior leadership, identifying cost‑reduction opportunities and supporting long‑term decisions.
- Build and maintain internal controls and risk‑management processes as the company scales internationally.
- Lead and develop a high‑performing finance team.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing finance operations in a high‑growth environment.
- Comfortable working with a Tier 1 ERP and presenting insights to the boardroom.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for automation and technology.
