About the role
AUT’s in‑house temp pool, Temps on Campus, is seeking experienced temporary administrators, personal assistants and executive assistants. The role starts immediately, is full‑time and is expected to run for a minimum of six months, providing essential support across the university’s three Auckland campuses.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑level administrative support to staff and senior leaders.
- Manage calendars, arrange meetings and coordinate travel logistics.
- Prepare and proof‑read correspondence, reports and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems and databases.
- Assist with event planning and on‑site coordination.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Required profile
- At least six months of experience in an administrative, PA or EA role.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working with diverse people at all levels.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently and think quickly under pressure.
- Available to start immediately and commit to full‑time work for at least six months.
