About the role
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the New Zealand Operations Team and Support Centre. Based in our Auckland office, you will work closely with five Regional Managers, helping them stay organised and focused on store‑level priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Provide operational and administrative support to five Regional Managers.
- Manage workflows, priorities and follow‑ups to keep leaders informed.
- Plan, coordinate and run regional meetings, handling logistics and post‑meeting actions.
- Deliver day‑to‑day office management for the Auckland Support Office.
- Coordinate calendars, travel arrangements, meetings and key milestones.
- Prepare simple reports, presentations and updates for leadership.
- Support ad‑hoc projects and operational processes as required.
Required profile
- Highly organised and proactive with a knack for spotting what needs to be done.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing several priorities simultaneously.
- Solution‑focused and able to work independently in an office‑based environment.
