About the role
We are seeking experienced Executive and Personal Assistants to act as the trusted right‑hand to senior leaders across a range of New Zealand organisations. You will provide seamless administrative support, ensuring leaders can focus on strategic priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex diaries, inboxes and competing priorities with precision.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries and related logistics.
- Prepare high‑quality proposals, reports and presentations.
- Support board and executive meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, paper distribution and minute‑taking.
- Assist with event coordination, stakeholder engagement and internal initiatives.
- Provide proactive support to wider teams, anticipating needs before they arise.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a high‑performing Executive or Personal Assistant role.
- Proactive, can‑do mindset with strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to anticipate needs.
- Confidence to manage competing priorities and pivot quickly.
- Resourcefulness, discretion and sound judgement in fast‑paced environments.
