About the role
This Executive Officer position is central to the smooth and effective operation of the organisation. Working closely with the CEO, leadership team and Board, you will provide high‑quality executive and governance support while coordinating a range of operational activities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executive and Board administration, including agendas, papers, minutes and action tracking.
- Coordinate contracts for services and oversee end‑to‑end documentation and records management.
- Support HR and recruitment processes, including onboarding and coordination of new hires.
- Maintain office systems, records and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide sound judgement and discretion while managing competing priorities across the organisation.
Required profile
- Proven experience in executive support, office management or senior administration within a complex organisation.
- Strong capability in Board and leadership support, including agenda preparation, minute taking and action tracking.
- Experience managing contracts, documentation and administrative processes from start to finish.
- Exposure to HR administration, recruitment coordination and onboarding processes.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and shared systems such as SharePoint.
