About the role
The Customer Service Manager will lead a centre within IWG’s global network, acting as the owner of the site’s performance and customer experience. You will have autonomy to run the centre like your own business while delivering world‑class service to members and visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all on‑site operations, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day performance.
- Address challenges promptly and solve problems to maintain high service standards.
- Conduct tours for prospective customers and upsell services to existing members.
- Foster strong relationships so customers become brand ambassadors for the centre and IWG.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading a small, customer‑focused team and meeting targets.
- Background in flexible workspace, retail, hospitality or similar high‑contact environments.
- Demonstrated passion, drive, ownership and resilience.
