About the role
Device Technologies is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator who will be the first point of contact for our customers. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, building lasting relationships, and ensuring every interaction leads to the best possible outcome for patients and healthcare professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
- Coordinate service requests and follow‑up actions to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and improve service processes.
- Continuously seek ways to enhance the customer experience.
