About the role
Ventia is seeking an organised and proactive Contract Administrator to support its operations and project teams throughout the full lifecycle of project delivery. This hands‑on position involves a mix of fleet coordination, plant administration, training compliance, SHEQ support and general office duties.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate fleet and plant administration activities.
- Maintain training compliance records and support SHEQ initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to operations and project teams.
- Handle general office duties and document management.
- Assist with stakeholder communication and problem‑solving.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Excellent organisational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive approach to problem‑solving and stakeholder interaction.
