Construction Supervisor

About the role

Rizon is expanding rapidly across Queensland and is looking for experienced Construction Supervisors to join the team in Brisbane, the Gold Coast or Ipswich. You will lead end‑to‑end insurance repair projects, coordinate trades on‑site and work closely with insurers, customers and internal teams to deliver safe, high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate trades and subcontractors on‑site.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timelines, budgets and scope are met.
• Oversee the full delivery of insurance repair works from start to completion.
• Liaise with customers, insurers and internal stakeholders to keep projects on track.
• Maintain HSEQ compliance and uphold site safety standards.
• Produce accurate project documentation and regular reporting.

Required profile

• Experience in insurance repairs or construction supervision.
• Relevant trade qualification or building certification, White Card and a valid driver’s licence.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods and safety standards.
• Proven ability to manage trades and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Organised, proactive and quality‑focused.
