About the role
Infosys is seeking a Business Service Desk Analyst to support the transition from Spark to Infosys and ensure seamless delivery of Business Service Desk operations for corporate, enterprise, and government clients in New Zealand.
Key responsibilities
- Provide Level 1.5/Level 2 technical support to employees, partners and vendors across a wide range of IT and telecommunications services.
- Log, triage and resolve incidents and service requests in line with defined processes and SLA commitments.
- Support a portfolio that includes networking, cloud telephony, mobile, voice and collaboration services.
- Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives such as automation, operational efficiency and AI‑driven productivity enhancements.
- Maintain quality standards, operational controls and a strong customer‑first approach.
Required profile
- Hands‑on troubleshooting experience with networking and infrastructure fundamentals.
- Familiarity with enterprise telecommunications services and cloud‑based communication platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while adhering to service‑level agreements.

- TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN technologies
- WAN, SD‑WAN, Fiber, 4G/5G connectivity
- Firewalls and network security services
- IoT, Cloud Phone, Voice Connect, Mobile Extension services
