Bilingual Linguistic Consultant (Japanese/English)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Japanese-English linguistic consultant to help train and evaluate AI chat‑bot models. You will converse with the bots, create novel dialogues, and assess their performance to improve model quality.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct writing and editing tasks with AI chat‑bots and evaluate their outputs.
• Measure chatbot progress, assess logic, and identify improvement areas.
• Create original Japanese-English conversations to teach desired responses.
• Review AI‑generated content for correctness, style, and brand voice.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Japanese.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Expert‑level knowledge of linguistics.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).
