About the role
We are seeking a bilingual Japanese-English linguistic consultant to help train and evaluate AI chat‑bot models. You will converse with the bots, create novel dialogues, and assess their performance to improve model quality.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct writing and editing tasks with AI chat‑bots and evaluate their outputs.
- Measure chatbot progress, assess logic, and identify improvement areas.
- Create original Japanese-English conversations to teach desired responses.
- Review AI‑generated content for correctness, style, and brand voice.
Required profile
- Fluency in both English and Japanese.
- Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- Expert‑level knowledge of linguistics.
- Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).
