Architectural Graduate – Healthcare Projects

About the role

We are seeking an Architectural Graduate to join our Christchurch team and learn how healthcare buildings are delivered from early design through to on‑site construction. This general graduate role will initially focus on a major healthcare project, offering hands‑on experience across design, documentation, coordination and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design development of healthcare facilities.
• Support the preparation of construction documentation and coordination drawings.
• Participate in site visits and contribute to on‑site construction delivery.
• Collaborate with senior architects and engineers to ensure design intent is realised.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with an architecture qualification.
• Confident in using Revit for modelling and documentation.
• Curious, eager to ask questions and learn.
• Interest in both design concepts and construction processes.
