Senior Project Coordinator – Auckland

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to join our Market Delivery and Property Delivery teams in Auckland. You will be the central hub that keeps projects on track, ensures data quality, and supports the delivery of meaningful housing outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high‑quality project data, manage registers and systems, and identify discrepancies early.
• Oversee project schedules, streamline data flows and support continuous improvement of processes.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, contractors, developers, councils and LINZ.
• Mentor Project Coordinators and Administrators, share best practices and strengthen documentation.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification or equivalent construction‑related experience.
• Proven experience in project management administration, reporting and methodologies.
• Ability to manage deliverables through development pipelines, including quality and health‑and‑safety reporting.
• Strong customer‑relationship building and influencing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with a professional representation of the organisation.

Required skills

• Power BI – design and develop dashboards and data models for reporting and insights.
