Project Manager – Structures, Rail & Urban Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of structures, rail and urban infrastructure projects. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction while working in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own project delivery, guaranteeing safe completion on time and within budget.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.
• Plan, schedule and allocate resources, including direct staff and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, suppliers and subcontractors.

Required profile

• Formal qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Proven civil construction experience, especially in structures, rail or urban infrastructure.
• Track record of delivering complex civil projects on schedule and budget.
• Strong project management capabilities across safety, contracts, finance, programming and stakeholder management.
• Collaborative, solutions‑focused attitude with ownership of outcomes.

Required skills

• High computer literacy.
• Familiarity with construction management software.
