About the role
We are seeking a motivated individual to support a one‑off project for the Shine Strengths Programme at Woodford House. The role focuses on transforming existing programme content into a clear, searchable digital system that staff and facilitators can use confidently.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse and organise the current programme content into a structured digital format.
- Identify gaps in the existing material and recommend improvements.
- Enhance searchability and usability of the knowledge base.
- Select and implement a simple, sustainable system for long‑term use.
- Collaborate with the programme team to ensure the solution meets their needs.
Required profile
- Enjoys bringing order to complex information.
- Comfortable working on a short‑term, project‑based assignment.
- Preferably based in Hawke’s Bay or able to work closely with the local team.
Required skills
- Experience with content management systems.
- Familiarity with AI assistants or AI‑supported workflows.
- Knowledge of searchable knowledge bases and digital resource hubs.
- Background in education technology or instructional design.
- Understanding of knowledge management principles.
- Full‑stack development skills (optional, if needed).
