Travel Expert – Customer-Facing Role in Invercargill

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic travel lovers to join our Flight Centre store in Invercargill as Travel Experts. In this customer‑facing position you will help guests plan and book their next holidays, providing expert advice and personalised service.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their travel needs and recommend suitable products.
• Book flights, accommodation, tours and other travel services using the company’s reservation systems.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of destinations, promotions and travel regulations.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets while delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training sessions and store meetings.

Required profile

• Passion for travel and a genuine interest in helping people plan trips.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Right to work in New Zealand with no restrictions.
• Availability to start training on 24 August 2024.
