Trade Drive-Thru Sales Assistant – Queenstown

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Trade Drive‑Thru Sales Assistant to join our Queenstown location. You will be the first point of contact for busy trade customers, helping them load vehicles, consolidate orders and find the right products to keep their projects moving.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products and solutions.
• Load vehicles, consolidate orders and ensure a smooth, efficient experience for trade customers.
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked and hazard‑free work environment to support daily operations.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Can‑do attitude with a strong desire to learn.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication, numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Physically fit with solid health‑and‑safety values; manual lifting required.
• Building industry knowledge or experience is beneficial but not required.
• Forklift licence is advantageous but not essential.
