Technical Specialist – End User Compute

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Specialist – End User Compute to join our ICT team. In this Level 3 position you will be the go‑to expert for our endpoint environment, ensuring macOS, mobile and collaboration technologies are secure, reliable and available 24/7.

Key responsibilities

• Own and support EUC platforms including Microsoft Intune, macOS, mobile device management and Teams Rooms.
• Act as the Level 3 escalation point for complex technical issues and major incidents.
• Manage the full endpoint lifecycle – deployment, compliance, patching and application packaging.
• Strengthen security and compliance across all endpoints.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation and service uplift initiatives.
• Coach and support Service Desk and Field teams through knowledge sharing.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors and ICT teams.

Required profile

• 3‑5 + years of ICT experience with a focus on end‑user computing and endpoint management.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune (enrollment, compliance, app deployment).
• Experience managing macOS in an enterprise environment.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID and endpoint security/compliance.
• Proven Level 3 troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis and problem resolution.
• Experience working in a complex 24/7 environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to document and share knowledge.
