Team Member – Poultry Processing

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic team members to join our poultry processing line at our Mount Wellington facility. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday, and offers on‑the‑job training in a supportive, family‑owned environment. You will help ensure that high‑quality chicken products reach New Zealand families.

Key responsibilities

• Operate poultry processing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist in the preparation, cutting, and packaging of chicken products.
• Maintain hygiene and food‑safety standards throughout the production area.
• Follow daily production targets and report any issues to supervisors.
• Support team members and contribute to a clean, organized worksite.

Required profile

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow training on equipment and safety procedures.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads.
