Process Operator – Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking dedicated Process Operators to join our state‑of‑the‑art pet food manufacturing plant in Taumarunui. You will work on the production line to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality output of animal health products.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor processing equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• Conduct regular quality and safety checks throughout the production cycle.
• Maintain clean and hygienic work areas, adhering to food‑safety regulations.
• Record production data and report any deviations to supervisors.
• Assist with routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting of machinery.

Required profile

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical stamina for standing, lifting and moving materials.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.
