Store Manager – Wellington (12‑month contract)

About the role

lululemon is seeking a Store Manager for its Wellington location on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The Store Manager will be the ultimate leader of the store, responsible for overall performance, guest experience, and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse, inclusive team, fostering a respectful and fun workplace.
• Set and communicate the store’s vision based on key metrics and initiatives.
• Oversee talent strategy including hiring, onboarding, succession planning and employee engagement.
• Provide continuous coaching, feedback, performance management and address employee concerns.
• Deliver world‑class guest experience through product education, guest connection and handling escalations.
• Manage day‑to‑day store operations to ensure optimal guest flow and efficient processes.
• Build and maintain community relationships with local ambassadors and fitness leaders to increase brand awareness.
