Sales and Marketing Territory Manager (Musketeer) - Wellington

About the role

Red Bull is hiring a Musketeer, a full-time Sales and Marketing Territory Manager based in Wellington. As a Musketeer you act as an ambassador for the brand, working with bars, restaurants, clubs and events to build long-term partnerships and increase Red Bull's sales through creative concepts and new distribution points.

Key responsibilities

• Showcase the brand in trendiest cafés and bars, top clubs, major festivals and exclusive events, keeping products visible and available.
• Take full responsibility for on-premise sales and marketing across your region, knowing the area well and spotting new opportunities.
• Develop and deploy strategies and innovative tools to pitch Red Bull effectively.
• Make every customer appointment memorable, using sales and negotiation skills to grow earnings for both customers and Red Bull.
• Surpass previous marketing and sales goals and come up with creative solutions to keep Red Bull number one in the on-premise sector.

Required profile

• Minimum 1-3 years' experience in a sales or marketing role.
• Previous hospitality experience highly valued (bar manager, venue manager, event promoter, restaurant owner).
• Solutions-oriented with commercial acumen and a winning mindset.
• Established contacts in the night scene, or able to build them quickly.
• Comfortable working out of venues and on nights and weekends, outside a 9-5 desk job.
