About the role
Accenture is looking for a ServiceNow Application/Web Developer to design, configure and enhance ServiceNow solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. You will act as a subject‑matter expert, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality applications and support key decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Build, configure and enhance packaged software and SaaS products on the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and test new components or enhancements to existing applications.
- Leverage declarative features to implement functionality wherever applicable.
- Provide primary support for application releases into production, including deployment planning and scheduling.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify requirements, solve challenges and deliver best‑in‑class solutions.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
Required skills
- Expert proficiency in ServiceNow Platform.
- Expert proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine Studio.
- Strong ServiceNow development experience.
