Security Engineer, Product Security

About the role

The Chainlink Labs Product Security team is seeking a motivated Security Engineer to design, build and advise on secure, scalable architectures for Chainlink’s core products and the broader Web3 ecosystem. You will work closely with engineering and non‑engineering groups to embed security into new features and infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Develop security tools and controls that are deployed across the company.
• Design, implement and ship core security features for public Chainlink products such as the Chainlink core node.
• Define processes and systems that make attacks on Chainlink networks difficult to execute and easy to detect.
• Collaborate with engineering projects to ensure security is fundamental to their design and functionality.
• Contribute to the definition and achievement of broader company security goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a security‑focused role.
• Hands‑on experience building security software or securing enterprise systems.
• Comfortable working with Unix‑based operating systems, including macOS.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑changing environment.
