Salesforce Commerce Cloud Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Lead to join Tata Consultancy Services in the Asia Pacific region. The role focuses on ensuring the stability, security and performance of commerce applications while supporting incident and service request management.

Key responsibilities

• Address and resolve incidents and service requests using the ITSM tool, providing work‑arounds and corrective actions within defined service levels.
• Raise, track, and escalate cases according to product‑specific support processes.
• Maintain security and access compliance for all in‑scope applications.
• Assist users in identifying and correcting data errors and inconsistencies.
• Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams to manage risk and drive successful application deployments.
• Ensure governance, SLA compliance and smooth transition to steady‑state operations.
• Utilise knowledge‑management assets (KEDB, SOPs) and keep knowledge articles up‑to‑date.
• Monitor vendor emergency patches, bug fixes and vulnerability reports, and execute roll‑back plans when required.
• Provide regular status updates in the ITSM tool and communicate with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience handling incidents, service requests and change management in an ITSM environment.
• Strong understanding of security policies and access controls for enterprise applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively with distributed teams and manage risk during deployments.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder updates and documentation.
