Sales Representative – Electrical Wholesale

About the role

As a Sales Representative for an electrical wholesale business, you will build and maintain relationships with customers across the Manawatu region. The role offers a company vehicle, private health insurance and clear pathways for career development.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage new wholesale customers and expand existing accounts.
• Present the company’s electrical product range and provide technical information as required.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide after‑sales support and resolve any customer issues promptly.
• Travel throughout the Manawatu region using the provided company vehicle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within wholesale or electrical sectors.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
