Sales & Marketing Coordinator – Auckland

About the role

Join DePuy Synthes, a Johnson & Johnson company, as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator in Auckland. You will provide essential administrative support to commercial teams, helping them execute sales and marketing strategies effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the development, approval, distribution, and supply of demo equipment and sales collateral, liaising with external agencies and sales teams.
• Process marketing invoices and service contracts, reconciling them with finance.
• Organise internal and external events, including conferences with healthcare professionals.
• Support Product and Marketing/Group Managers with non‑customer‑facing duties and equipment management.
• Assist business unit leaders with various administrative tasks.
• Test and support the rollout of sales and marketing tools such as Salesforce and Showpad.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in market research, forecasting, and sales analytics.
• Financial acumen for budgeting, profit‑and‑loss understanding, and data analysis.
• Good knowledge of product, therapeutic areas, competitive landscape, and customer insights.
• Ability to develop brand strategy, messaging, and marketing execution plans.
• Excellent planning, organisation, and project‑management skills.
• Effective collaboration with cross‑functional partners and clear written and verbal communication.
