About the role
ACCIONA is seeking a Project Engineer to lead engineering and technical support for the Northland Corridor Warkworth to Te Hana – Ara Tūhono project in Auckland. You will ensure construction activities are safe, efficient, and meet project specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Provide engineering, technical, and delivery support throughout construction phases.
- Collaborate with project management, site supervision, subcontractors, and clients to achieve project milestones.
- Monitor quality, safety, and programme requirements to ensure compliance with specifications.
Required profile
- Strong construction and engineering knowledge.
- Excellent planning, organisational, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Contract and commercial awareness with effective communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with project management software.
- Proficiency with construction software.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
