About the role
Wētā Workshop is seeking a Project Coordinator to support its Media Production team for a four‑month fixed‑term contract ending in September. You will help keep projects organised, ensure clear communication, and maintain a smooth production flow.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with project plans, timelines, tracking and resource coordination.
- Provide administrative support across production tasks such as briefs, scheduling, budgeting, call sheets, notes, and asset/file management.
- Work closely with the creative crew to foster a collaborative and efficient production environment.
Required profile
- Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to adapt when plans change.
- Strong organisational skills and a track record of meeting deadlines.
- Clear, confident communication and self‑motivation.
