Program Manager - Cyber Technology

About the role

As the Program Manager – Cyber Technology at ANZ, you will lead a multi‑year programme that continuously upgrades the bank’s cyber security capability and resilience. Working across technology, security, risk and business teams, you will unite stakeholders around a shared vision and ensure the delivery of measurable security outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of ANZ’s Cyber Technology Programme, aligning initiatives with strategic priorities and risk objectives.
• Coordinate technology, security, risk and business stakeholders to manage dependencies and foster shared ownership.
• Provide programme governance, executive reporting and actionable insights for informed decision‑making.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues and delivery challenges across multiple workstreams.
• Embed sustainable cyber security controls, capabilities and ways of working that enhance resilience and reduce risk.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex technology, cyber security or transformation programmes in large organisations.
• Ability to navigate competing priorities, manage inter‑team dependencies and keep delivery on track.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at all organisational levels.
