Senior Manager – Dot Loves Data

About the role

As Senior Manager – Dot Loves Data you will lead ANZ’s strategic partnership with the Dot Loves Data platform, turning data capability into measurable business outcomes. Reporting to the Program Lead, Personalisation, you will work at the intersection of strategy, data, technology and commercial leadership to embed data‑led personalisation across the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute ANZ’s strategy for the Dot Loves Data platform, aligning it with customer, marketing and enterprise data objectives.
• Drive commercial outcomes by increasing platform adoption, maximising value realisation and identifying growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships to influence decisions and secure buy‑in.
• Identify, pilot and scale high‑impact use cases that deliver measurable business benefits.
• Oversee data, risk and compliance obligations, ensuring responsible data use and strong governance.
• Manage the partnership with Dot Loves Data, including strategic planning, vendor management and performance monitoring.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in data‑driven strategy or platform management.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering business value from data initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to influence senior leaders across a large organisation.
• Experience in governance, risk and compliance related to data usage.
