About the role
New Zealand Post is hiring a part-time Processing Officer at its Auckland Processing Centre in Wiri. Processing Officers sort, consolidate and dispatch parcels and freight so that couriers can deliver them. The position is advertised as a contractor role.
Shifts and pay
Pay is $26.75 per hour plus a night shift rate for eligible hours, with various shift options available. Available shifts are either Sunday 4pm-8pm and Monday to Thursday 6pm-10pm, or Monday to Friday 4pm-9:30pm.
Required profile
- Available for the stated evening shifts.
- A committed teammate who keeps themselves, others and the site safe.
- Energy for a physically demanding role, able to lift up to 25kg.
- An eye for detail and good geographical knowledge.
