About the role
Farmers' Kaitaia store is looking for an energetic Sales and Service Assistant to join its team. It is a part-time role focused on giving customers friendly, helpful service and a good shopping experience. Farmers emphasises training and development and growing people from within.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers into the store and offer assistance
- Listen to their needs and find solutions
- Provide product knowledge to help customers choose
- Keep the department tidy and well stocked
- Assist customers in the fitting rooms
Required profile
- Ideally at least 1-2 years of retail experience
- Flexible availability, including extended trading hours and Christmas
- Energetic, positive and can-do attitude
- Entitlement to work in New Zealand; proof of entitlement is requested during selection and original documents are needed at interview
