About the role

We are looking for an Operations Director to lead Mānuka Health’s manufacturing and logistics functions in Te Awamutu, New Zealand. The role will drive innovation, sustainability and global impact while empowering high‑performing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee production, supply‑chain and distribution processes to ensure efficiency and quality.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in operations, preferably within manufacturing or logistics.

• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
