On-Site Tech Solutions Specialist

About the role

Join Noel Leeming’s Services team as an On‑Site Tech Solutions Specialist. You will provide end‑to‑end technology support, from live demonstrations to installation and after‑sales advice, helping customers get the most out of their purchases.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and install technology products (Wi‑Fi, TV, PC, audio) at customer locations.
• Conduct live product demonstrations and provide expert advice.
• Troubleshoot technical issues on‑site and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Operate company vehicles safely, adhering to a clean NZ driver’s licence requirement.
• Perform heavy lifting, climb ladders and remain on your feet for extended periods as needed.

Required profile

• Full, clean New Zealand driver’s licence.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand for at least 24 months.
• Proven experience in a customer‑facing role with strong communication skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude and a ‘get it done’ work ethic.
• Physical ability to lift heavy items and work at heights.

Required skills

• Wi‑Fi setup and configuration.
• TV, PC and audio system installation.
• Apple iOS knowledge.
• Device management experience.
• Familiarity with Jamf, Google Admin and Microsoft Admin tools.
