Notion User/Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Notion User/Specialist to support an AI training initiative. You will use your Notion expertise to manage data collection, annotate content, and optimise workflows for AI applications.

Key responsibilities

• Use Notion daily to complete assigned workflows with high accuracy.
• Annotate, organise, and prepare content within Notion for AI training.
• Identify and troubleshoot workflow bottlenecks, proposing improvements.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices for Notion usage.
• Document processes and keep Notion databases up‑to‑date.
• Provide actionable feedback on Notion interface and usage.
• Communicate observations and recommendations through written documentation and verbal briefings.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience as a Notion user.
• Strong organisational and digital documentation skills within Notion workspaces.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• Self‑motivated and proactive in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and proficiency with remote collaboration tools.
