Mid-Level Full Stack Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a mid‑level full‑stack software engineer to help rebuild the platform that powers cross‑border payments for corporate and consumer clients. You will own features from API design through frontend implementation, backend services, and production reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship full‑stack features that move money and manage multi‑currency balances.
• Build customer‑facing interfaces and the services that power them.
• Own the reliability, observability, on‑call rotation and incident response for your services.
• Collaborate with product, design and compliance teams from problem definition to launch.
• Use AI‑assisted coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) daily for prototyping, refactoring, testing and documentation.
• Modernise legacy components by migrating them to the new stack alongside architects.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience building production web applications end‑to‑end.
• Strong frontend skills with Vue.js, React or equivalent.
• Backend experience in C#/.NET preferred; Java, Kotlin, Go or similar are also acceptable.
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Hands‑on experience deploying on AWS using services such as SQS, DynamoDB, S3, ECS and Lambda.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices.
