Solutions Engineer Intern

About the role

As a Solutions Intern you will cultivate strong connections between the Partly team and its clients, aligning industry demands with customer expectations and technical capabilities. Your experience with large data sets, quick learning of technical concepts, and passion for the automotive sector will drive business momentum.

Key responsibilities

• Become a super‑user of Partly’s inventory management system (Partly PIM) and related apps, understanding how buyers rely on the platform to locate correct parts.
• Scope, develop, and implement user‑centric solutions on the Partly Platform, ensuring smooth onboarding and customer success.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team to define clear requirements and build industry‑leading integrations.
• Engage customers in testing phases, iterate on feedback, and ensure solutions meet established criteria.

Required profile

• A STEM degree (with flexibility to transition to full‑time after the internship).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear idea exchange with customers and colleagues.
• Proficiency in analysing data using Python, Pandas, and SQL.
• Logical, structured problem‑solving mindset and a habit of thinking about complex challenges beyond coursework.
• Adaptability in a dynamic environment, staying current with industry trends and best practices.
