Marketing Manager

About the role

CMOS is looking for a Marketing Manager to own the entire marketing function from day one. You will report directly to senior leadership and have full responsibility for strategy, budget, and execution across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual marketing strategy, channel mix, and budget aligned to revenue targets.
• Create and maintain a sales collateral library, including capability statements, one‑pagers, case studies, and proposal templates.
• Manage digital presence through SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and email marketing.
• Design and run referral and partner programmes with leasing agents and property managers.
• Implement CRM (Odoo) and produce marketing performance reports.
• Plan and execute industry event participation, from research to post‑event follow‑up.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in services, facilities, or property sectors.
• Proven ability to both devise strategy and execute it independently.
• Strong commercial mindset with an understanding of how marketing drives pipeline.
• Excellent written communication skills to produce premium‑quality collateral.
